Shipping charges to be calculated according to FED EX weight and delivery address unless otherwise requested. Additional shipping charges apply on all International shipping and require signature. We cannot ship to P.O. Box. If you want insurance you may pay for that at check out.
We do not make any money off of our shipping, always charging as cheap as possible, so you know exactly what you are paying for. As a result, we must charge a $1 processing fee per order for the security and time we put in to get your products delivered ASAP.

Returns are accepted on new unopened merchandise within 15 days of shipping for a return or an exchange. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. IMPORTANT: Before you return your item(s) you will need to contact me and obtain an RMA number * & state the reason for the return. The item(s) must then be received by That's Scrap, Inc. no later than 30 days from the date of shipping. The returned items must be in their original unopened package. If the return does not meet these conditions, That's Scrap, Inc. will not issue a refund. Item(s) that do not meet the required conditions will be returned to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If you decide you do not want to pay the return shipping rates the item(s) will become That's Scrap, Inc. property. You may want to insure your return. The "*" is (return merchandise authorization). This does not apply to cutting machines. There are no returns on any of those items. If you have a mechanical problem with the item, contact me and we will get a return request from the manufacturer and it will be returned to them for warranty work only.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, That's Scrap, Inc. needs to be contacted. Item will then need to be returned to That's Scrap, Inc. so that I may contact the manufacturer. The item will be replaced or credited to you upon receipt of the item(s) by That's Scrap, Inc. If the item is to be found damaged due to mishandling a form needs to be filled out at the local post office for replacement.

The post office does lose packages. If it has been 30 days (USA) or 90 says (International), please fill out the lost/damaged form at your post office. This form will be submitted to the insurance company. Refunds will be issued only after I have received the money, this usually takes one week. Replacements will also only be made if the insurance is filed and I receive the money. This can be avoided by purchasing the insurance at check out.

That's Scrap Inc can accept payment via Paypal or secure /direct credit card payments online.
