Welcome to the TSI support group. With years of combined technical experience, we are dedicated to making sure that all of our customers are satisfied. We offer great customer service, technical support and education with the software, cutting machines and general computer questions. We will be offering 1 hour of free technical support with the purchase of each machine at That's Scrap Inc. Additional support may be purchased at your convenience (evenings and weekends) for $25/hour. The phone call is free anywhere in North America.
